Finally, here it is – the Official Trailer for NOVALYNE, my upcoming debut novel.
I have always been drawn to trailers; a good one can set the tone, mood, and lure a viewer into the world that's being presented. When I began writing Novalyne, I knew I would want to have a trailer for it. Something that I could send to a prospective reader and go "here, watch this." That's exactly what I'm releasing today. I hope you'll give it a watch, and then will want to read Novalyne. I promise you will not be disappointed.
As for the trailer itself, I did not create it alone.
For the audio design, I knew I would need something powerful and evocative, and so I contacted the brilliant Adam Hay to see if he could help. Fortunately for me, he did, and he then created the beautiful piece of music and sound design you can hear in the trailer.
On the editing side I was fortunate to have help from Olivia Butler-Stroud, whose keen eye for timing, sequence and composition helped shape the feel of the trailer.
Everything else was done by me.
As for the book, I have now reached the stage where pre-orders are live. If you would like to secure your hardcover copy (they're limited to 250!) you can do so over at the project website (link in comments). For a digital pre-order you can head over to Amazon and get it on your Kindle.
If you want to read a preview of the book, I have you covered! Subscribe to my newly made newsletter, where I'll be sharing little snippets of info I've learned along the way (and behind the scenes stuff too) and you'll have access to the first SIX chapters for FREE :)
Enjoy the trailer!
